In the presence of coherent interference, adaptive beamforming algorithm fails to form nulls in direction leading cancellation expect signal. To address this issue, paper proposes a interference suppression method with virtual array and multi-stage spatial smoothing (MSS). proposed method, weight acquired by (SS) is applied all subarrays generate array.
